I offer a free 15-minute initial consultation for new clients via phone or video so that a mutual sense of working relationship compatibility can be established.
Due to COVID-19, all services are currently remote-only, using video or phone for therapy sessions (teletherapy). I work with adult clients (age 18+) throughout New Mexico via teletherapy.
Teletherapy is offered in 50-minute sessions by secure video platform or by phone. This is talk-therapy style counseling. This service is not for crisis situations due to the remote delivery of the sessions.

A fee of $30 will be charged for missed appointments not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
